- Postpartum training – body and body figure recovery
- Training / workout program for gym or training at home
- Carefully chosen sports nutrition.
- List with the food products, which you can use in your diet.
- Individual calorie calculation for each day.
- Workout videos with explanations about exercise techniques and meaning.
