Individual training course

Create with us a personal training program and a healthy diet for muscle maintenance, figure correction, weight loss or muscle gain.
*By basing on your body type and its parameters.

  • Individual communication via WhatsApp
  • Result assesment from your photo reports
  • Corrections in your exercise plan and diet, depending on how your body behaves (We take out the things that do not work and increase the ones which do work)
  • Personal exercise / training plan for 1 month (12 training sessions):
    • Exercises at home.
    • Exercises at gym.
    • Exercising with limitations (in case of knee problems).
    • Exercising with limitations (in case of problems with your back).
    • Postpartum training – body and body figure recovery
  • Training / workout program for gym or training at home
  • Carefully chosen sports nutrition.
  • List with the food products, which you can use in your diet.
  • Individual calorie calculation for each day.
  • Workout videos with explanations about exercise techniques and meaning.
